Step1Select "Options" under the Tool Menu.
Step2Select "Safe Sender" and "Blocked List".
Step3Select "Blocked List".
Step4If there is an input box, input "support@sonic-option.com" on the right side and then click on "Remove from List".
Step5If our email address disappears from the Blocked List, then your settings have been changed.
Step1Select "Allowed Senders".
Step2Input "support@sonic-option.com" in the email address field, and click on "Add to List".
Step3If "support@sonic-option.com" appears inside the mailing list, your settings have been successfully changed.
